To help you  make the most of your Casa Carmen membership, we keep this page updated with the latest information about your quarterly shipments, exclusive events, and more.

Upcoming Events

Notifications & Billing

The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file each quarter. If you have a credit card change, please update your credit card information by emailing us or calling Casa Carmen at 443-203-8023. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline.

Please remember that it is your responsibility as the member to notify Casa Carmen of any changes to credit card or billing/shipping address.

Shipping Policy

Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address is required. Shipments handled by UPS cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes.

If your shipment is returned to Casa Carmen, you agree to an additional shipping and handling fee to re-ship the wine. We will make two shipping attempts via UPS. The quality of wine cannot be guaranteed after first shipping attempt.

Holds & Cancellations

You may cancel or put your membership "on hold" with a written notice to our team. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits.
